Opero (“the App”) is developed and operated by Janis Laubergs, based in Denmark, European Union.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Opero mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Opero is designed with a privacy-first approach. Most data is stored locally on your device.
The App may store the following types of information that you create:
- routines
- tasks
- schedules
- run history
- other content you add while using the App
This information is created and controlled by you.
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored in the following places:
On Your Device
Most data is stored locally on your device.
iCloud / CloudKit
If iCloud is enabled on your device, Opero may use Apple CloudKit to sync your data across your personal Apple devices.
CloudKit is operated by Apple. Data stored through CloudKit is subject to Apple’s privacy policies and security systems.
Opero does not have direct access to your iCloud account or Apple ID.
3. Accounts
Opero does not require an account.
The App does not require:
- email signup
- passwords
- social logins
- Apple Sign In
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Opero may collect limited technical information related to app crashes to help improve stability and performance.
This information may include:
- device type
- operating system version
- crash logs
- diagnostic data
This information does not include your routines, tasks, or personal content.
5. Third-Party Services
Opero uses the following Apple service:
Apple CloudKit
Used for optional data synchronization between your devices.

Opero does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Your Control Over Data
You have full control over your data.
You can:
- edit your routines and tasks
- delete runs and schedules
- remove any content you created
- delete the app to remove all locally stored data
If you use iCloud sync, deleting data from the app will also remove it from iCloud.
7. Children’s Privacy
Opero is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Data Security
Your data is protected using the security mechanisms provided by:
- iOS
- Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure (if enabled)
No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect your data.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
If changes are made, the updated policy will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
